1. Apply ChoRaphoR™ only ONCE per outbreak
During an outbreak you only need to make one thorough application of the
ChoRaphoR™, when the symptoms are most active.
By re-applying the ChoRaphoR™ time after time
the lesion may not have a chance to heal into a healthy scab.
Make the application at the right time, preferably when the lesion is at
its peak and in its open stage, and then leave the area to heal.
Re-apply the ChoRaphoR™ at your next
recurrence, if necessary.

2. Apply ChoRaphoR™ at the right time
It is recommended that you apply ChoRaphoR™
only once during your out break, when the lesion is open and at the peak of
its cycle.
ChoRaphoR™ requires direct contact with the
herpes virus for best results. By applying ChoRaphoR™
when the outbreak is at the peak of its cycle it allows the solution to make
contact with the largest amount of the virus population
possible.
If practical, it is ideal to wait until the blister is open and is in its
'weeping' stage to make the application. If the blister does not open up
naturally best results can be achieved by delicately opening the blister
using a sterilized pointer. Be careful not to spread the fluid.
Early Application
Some people experience outbreaks that do not fully develop OR they prefer
to use ChoRaphoR™ in the early stages to prevent
an outbreak from developing altogether.
Although best long term results are achieved by applying
ChoRaphoR™ to a visible and mature lesion, users have had success in
stopping outbreaks by applying ChoRaphoR™ in the
early stages.
This can include applying ChoRaphoR™ to the
first sign of symptoms such as itching, tingling, redness or inflammation,
however, the virus must be present on the surface of the skin for the
ChoRaphoR™ to be effective.

3. Refrain from using suppressive medication
Suppressive medication may reduce the activity of a condition and
avoidance of them may be desirable when using
ChoRaphoR™. You may notice if you stop using suppressive medication
symptoms become highly active. Do not be unduly alarmed and apply
ChoRaphoR™ per instructions.

4. Be sensible not to spread the virus
Keep the infected area isolated from skin that is free from the condition
in order to prevent the virus spreading.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
5. Do not spread the fluid from the blisters
Use clean cotton tips and change the cotton tip for each area of
application. Allow the area to air dry.
You only need to apply ChoRaphoR™ once during
the outbreak (when the lesion is most active). Be careful not to spread the
fluid from the blisters as this can cause more outbreaks.
6. Apply ChoRaphoR™ to clean and dry skin.
DO NOT use other topical products in combination with
ChoRaphoR™. If you have other products on the lesion or surrounding
area make sure to remove them.
7. ChoRaphoR™ is a concentrated solution
The ChoRaphoR™ should not be applied straight,
it is in concentrated form.
To make an application simply:
Immerse a cotton swab (q-tip, cotton bud or cotton ball) in warm water
Squeeze out the excess water
Transfer a few drops of
ChoRaphoR™ to the cotton swab
(enough to saturate it).
Proceed with the application steps, outlined in the instructions
You can control how weak or strong you would like the stinging sensation
to be. If you find that the application stings too much you can add more
drops of water and less drops of
ChoRaphoR™ until the solution is at a
strength that is comfortable for you.
Please keep in mind that for the
ChoRaphoR™ to be effective a mild to
strong stinging sensation should still be felt, similar to an antiseptic
lotion.
When applied to the active outbreak the
ChoRaphoR™ should cause a
moderate to strong stinging sensation, this is the antiseptic nature of
ChoRaphoR™ destroying the virus.
If you feel no stinging sensation the application is too weak. In this
case, try adding more drops of
ChoRaphoR™ with less water until a
stinging sensation is felt.
8. The scab must be allowed to heal naturally and without
disturbance.
Once
ChoRaphoR™ is applied the area of
application will rapidly dry up and the affected area should heal into a
scab.
When the scab is forming you may feel a desire to scratch but do not. If
the scab is removed or excessively wet you may have to begin the process
again. After a short period of time the scab will fall off to reveal normal
healthy looking skin.
You may want to cover the scab with a plaster or water-proof bandage to
further protect it from damage and moisture. Make sure the covering is not
adhesive so that it does not remove or damage the scab when removed. In
areas below the waist that are moist, scabs may not form, in which case the
area will close over without forming a scab
9. Apply to any future outbreaks that occur, if necessary.
ChoRaphoR™ is a treatment that needs to be
applied to each outbreak over a period of time for maximum results. If
outbreaks reoccur it is important to apply ChoRaphoR™
to each recurrence, as per instructions.
